Exam Format

The AP Computer Science A Exam is a 3-hour, 15-minute exam that consists of two sections:

Section I: Multiple Choice (50%)
Section II: Free Response (50%)

The multiple-choice section consists of 40 questions that cover a wide range of topics in computer science, including:
